Redeemer Lutheran School
Students of Redeemer Lutheran School will know Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior. As stewards of God’s gifts, our school strives to lead students to excellence in Christian character, skill development, and academics. Through our safe, nurturing environment, the intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each child will be met.
The Gospel of Christ drives the mission and ministry of our school. The fullness of Scripture works in the lives of faculty, staff and students as evidenced through the Fruits of the Spirit. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control are nurtured in all relationships. Academic honesty and integrity, along with a strong work ethic demonstrate respect for others and self. By practicing good stewardship, uplifting language, and service to others, students become strong contributors in society now and in the future.
Redeemer students demonstrate the ability to collaborate, and communicate with peers and adults. Students’ strong Christian leadership skills flourish with instruction and application. Nurturing curiosity, critical thinking, and creative problem solving in students through active, engaging experiences leads learners to develop their many God-given talents and gifts.
Personal attention given to all students encourages them to meet their full potential. Our school environment fosters a life long love of learning and promotes academic excellence. Through thoughtful studies, students learn to seek out significant ideas and deeper meanings. Higher order thinking skills, such as analyzing, synthesizing and evaluation create opportunities for students to develop true understanding.
Christ Centered-Student Focused-Community Involved
Redeemer Lutheran Church and School established the school for the purpose of educating the children of the congregation in the Lutheran faith, nurturing them to grow in knowledge and understanding of God’s Word (the Bible). In addition, Redeemer Lutheran School offers a well rounded, academically strong curriculum to all children of the community.
Throughout each school day, students will be taught the Christian faith, from the Lutheran Confessions.
Each student deserves instruction directed to their individual strengths, and weaknesses, academically, emotionally, and socially.
Students are taught the importance of a servant attitude put into action.
